Sukyee Woo

Sukyee Woo is a professional piano teacher with over 25 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Music, Master of Music, and Doctor of Musical Arts from The University of Texas at Austin, where she served as a teaching assistant for 4 years. She is a member of the National Guild of Piano Teachers (faculty), the Music Teachers National Association, the Texas Music Teachers Association, and the Austin District Music Teachers Association. Sukyee was recognized for her teaching excellence and received the 2010–2011 Pre-Collegiate Teacher of the Year Award from the Austin District Music Teachers Association. She has served on the Executive Board of ADMTA, chaired competitions, and now chairs piano festivals.
